How The Clubhouse Works

A 30-minute Zoom with Nick Booth, CFP® to discuss your most pressing money challenges and review what is included as a Clubhouse member.
If we mutually agree The Clubhouse is right for you, you’ll receive an invite to join.

After signing a client agreement and paying the invoice (50% upfront, 50% after 3 months) you will receive a login to my financial planning software and instructions to fill out financial information and upload financial documents to the secure vault.
I will review all information provided in detail prior to the meeting.
We'll meet for 60 minutes to review the information to confirm it’s accuracy and i'll highlight any areas that caught my attention.

We'll dive headfirst into your financial past and future.
What are your beliefs about money? What did you learn about money from your upbringing?
What are your future goals? What are you going to do during retirement?
This ~60-90 minute meeting is a favorite for Clubhouse members. It brings a clarity and purpose to our work together.

Now that we have an understanding of your current financial situation and money beliefs/history/goals, we will review different strategic areas of personal finance over two meetings.
Cash flow analysis (Income and Expenses review, Define Portfolio Withdrawal Need)
Bank Accounts and Credit/Debit Cards Review
Debt Management Strategy (Mortgage, Student Loans, Auto Loans, Debt Rate, etc.)
Insurance Analysis (Life/Health/Disability/Umbrella/Homeowners/Auto, etc.)
This meeting is ~60-90 minutes depending on complexity.

This ~60-90 minute meeting focuses on:
Investment Analysis (Tax-Efficient Strategy, Asset Allocation, Fund Selection, etc.)
Client-specific Goals Analysis (Retirement Income Planning, Roth Conversions, Equity Compensation, Employee Benefits, Home Purchase, Education Funding, etc.)
Legacy Discussion and Estate Planning (Beneficiary designations, Last Will and Testament, Trusts, Power of Attorney, Advance Directives, etc.)

We will review different planning scenarios and stress tests, determining:
When you can retire
How much you can spend safely in retirement
Leave meeting feeling confident with action plan
Determine frequency of future meetings
You’ll receive your written Retirement Game Plan document within one week after this meeting.

We meet for the final time at 6 months so you can update me on the progress you’ve made and ask any follow up questions you have. Everyone needs an accountability partner!
You have access to Nick Booth, CFP® for 6 months. After the conclusion of this meeting, you can choose to continue as an Annual Clubhouse Member. Details below.

The Clubhouse Annual Membership is a flat fee of $1,500 billed semi-annually ($3,000 annually) and includes two meetings per year:
Annual Strategy Meeting: Feb-May
Review any changes from previous year
Focus on cash flow and investment portfolio rebalancing
End of Year Meeting: Oct-Nov
Focus on tax planning
Insurance/estate planning review
